Prince Solomon Aguele is a Petroleum Economist with a degree in Economics and M.sc in Petroleum Economics from the International Friendship University, Moscow in the former Soviet Union.
He began his career as a trained teacher and rose to the position of Head master before taking up employment in the Corporate World as a sales person and rising to the position of Managing Director/Chief Executive officer of the First Indigenous Gas Company in Nigeria, Grenigas Nigeria Ltd. He has extensive experience in Board Governance having been the Chairman of the Nigerian Gas Company, 2005-2007, Chairman, Benin-Owena River Basin Authority, Benin City and many more. He was also the former Chairman of the Edo State Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) from 1998-2008.
He is a member of the Nigerian Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Nigerian/Canadian Chamber of Commerce and Industries and the South African/Nigerian Chamber of Commerce and Industries.
His wealth of experience covers a wide spectrum of disciplines through his membership on several Boards and Trustee Group. He is also a community leader.
Dr. Daukoru is a highly experienced Petroleum Geologist. He holds a PhD in Geology from Imperial College, England. He had worked with Shell Petroleum Development Company Limited from 1970 – 1992. He rose to the position of Divisional Manager Western Division and later General Manager and Executive Director Exploration.
Dr. Daukoru was the Group Managing Director of NNPC, 1992 – 93, a period when the PPMC coastal fleet was at its peak with attendant problems of demurrage which were effectively controlled. He has several scientific papers and public lectures to his credit and is a Fellow of Nigerian Mining & Geo-Science Society.
Dr. Bokanga is a food scientist who has been involved in agricultural research and development for the past 15 years. He is an Executive Director African Agricultural Technology Foundation (AATF). Bokanga worked as Industrial Development Officer
(Agro-industries) with the Regional Industrial Development Centre of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in Abuja, Nigeria. He has also served as Research Scientist with the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) for 13 years (1989-2002); as a Visiting Professor of Food Science at the Alabama A & M University in Normal, Alabama and as Research Associate with Westreco Inc., a Nestlé Research Company based in New Milford, Connecticut, USA. While at IITA, Bokanga developed technologies for processing cassava into new products, which were deployed in over a dozen African countries among them Benin, Chad, Ghana, Madagascar, Nigeria, Tanzania and Togo.
He has published several papers on the biochemistry and health implications of cyanogenesis in cassava, and was instrumental in the formation of the Working Group on Cassava Safety (WOCAS) in 1994, a sub-committee of the International Society for Tropical Root Crops (ISTRC). The main function of WOCAS is to monitor progress in the understanding and handling of issues related to cassava safety due to the cyanogenesis of the crop. Bokanga is the current chair of ISTRC-AB, the African branch of the ISTRC. He holds a masters degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a doctorate from Cornell University in the USA.
Ms. Wilma Aguele is the Chief Responsibility Officer. She is responsible for Projects Acquisition and New Business Development.
Ms. Wilma Aguele has been extensively involved in corporate management in the past 15 years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and a postgraduate study in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California - USA. She is a member of the Nigerian/British Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Nigeria/South Africa Chamber of Commerce and Industry amongst others. She has attended several conferences and workshops on international services and management generally.
Ms. Wilma brings her vast experience in the Corporate World to bear on all her activities. She seats on the Board of several multimillion naira companies and developed businesses running into several millions of dollars within and outside Nigeria.
Her interests are in marketing & business development.
Princess Edith Aguele is the Group Executive Director Finance & Projects. She has extensive experience in Project and Financial Management with Wilbahi Group since September 2000. She has her working experience in Corporate Financial Management from several American Corporations before joining Wilbahi Group. She is an entrepreneur and an investor, as well as a Board Member in several companies in Nigeria.
Princess Edith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, and an MBA in Finance from the University of La Verne, California U.S.A. She is a Full Member of Nigerian Institute of Management, Member of the Institutes of Directors (Nigeria & UK) and has attended several conferences on corporate leadership and management, locally and internationally. She has been given several awards in recognition of her contributions to Corporate Management and Community Services in Nigeria. She brings her vast experiences to the Wilbahi Group to guarantee client satisfaction.
Her interests are in strategic planning, project development, finance and management.
